Salon Policies

Please arrive at your appointment with minimal to no jewelry. (earrings, necklaces, etc.) & please refrain from wearing hoodies.

Please arrive with no more than 2-day unwashed hair, a little dirty is ok! But excessive product buildup like root spray, hair spray, or oil may prevent color from taking properly! 

For best results, clarify your hair 24 hours prior to your color appointment.

If you were in chlorine at anytime please contact us prior to your appointment so we can guide you in the best way to remove it. If you come to your appointment and there is chlorine buildup in your hair, you are at risk of irreversible damage & severe breakage, therefore your appointment will be cancelled and you will be responsible for 100% of your scheduled service total.

Deposits are retained upon booking and are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Appointments not cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before will forfeit their deposit & incur a fee to rebook in addition to a new deposit. 

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment there is no guarantee you will be able to receive the service or services you are scheduled for, and the appointment may be canceled based on availability. Please note that if you are late to your appointment and it must be adjusted you will still be responsible for  100% of the original service total.

There are no children permitted in the suites so please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss of your personal belongings.

Any photos taken during your appointments may be used on social media, 

e-mails, and any promotional products for Ampersand Atelier LLC.

While your happiness our my ultimate goal, please understand that under no circumstances will refunds be offered. If you are unhappy with anything for any reason please bring it to our attention within a week of your service so we can make it right for you.
