Salon Policies

Please arrive at your appointment with minimal to no jewelry. (earrings, necklaces, etc.) 

Please arrive with no more than 2-day unwashed hair, a little dirty is ok! But excessive product buildup like root spray, hair spray, or oil may prevent color from taking properly! For best results, clarify your hair 24 hours prior to your color appointment.

If you were in chlorine at anytime please contact me prior to your appointment so I can guide you in the best way to remove it. If you come to your appointment and there is chlorine buildup in your hair, you are at risk of irreversible damage & breakage so therefore your appointment will be cancelled and you will be responsible for 100% of your scheduled service total.

Appointments not cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before will be charged 50% of their service total. Same day cancellations & no shows will be charged 100% of your service total.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment there is no guarantee you will be able to receive the service or services you are scheduled for, in addition if you are 30 minutes late or more your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will be charged 100% of your service total. 

If there are any issues with the card on file you may be subject to late fees.

There are no children permitted in the suites so please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss of your personal belongings.

Any photos taken during your appointments may be used on social media, 

e-mails, and any promotional products for Ampersand Atelier LLC.

While your happiness is my ultimate goal, please understand that under no circumstances will refunds be offered. If you are unhappy with anything for any reason please bring it to my attention within a week of your service so I can make it right for you.
